Before starting the LRO Group of Companies, Ron worked as a Business Development Director for a multi-national staffing firm and was a driving force in developing new markets within Canada and the US.

Having previously worked with some of the country’s largest associations, she has a track record of excellence when it comes to implementing large-scale marketing campaigns.
